VANKYO MatrixPad S8 Tablet dropping internet

VANKYO MatrixPad S8 Tablet is dropping internet. I did a factory reset but that didn't work. It acts like it's connected but then if I try to search or login to something it drops the internet. Then after a few minutes it acts like it's connected so I try again. Then it does it all over again. I just got this tablet in August. What's going on? Anybody else having issues like this?

    Please try the mobile hotspot, we want to know whether it's your router was upgraded or not.

    Also, you can change the network channel.
