Transferring SD card from one Vankyo to another

Hi, all!

I am trying to move my SD card from my Vankyo Z4 Matrixpad to my new Vankyo S8 Matrixpad. The new Vankyo is calling the SD "unsupported" and wants to set up the card, which will wipe it clean. Is there a way to transfer the card over (since they are both Vankyo tablets running on Android 9 Pie) or do I have to use a new SD card and transfer the files one by one?

    thanks for your question.

    You only have two methods to transfer the files.

    First, transferring the files via Bluetooth;

    Second, copy and paste the files via the computer.
