M13 Projector Fan Noise

Hi! I love my M13 Projector but the fan noise is super loud. I was wondering, is it easy to take the casing off the projector and replace the fan with a new quieter one? I'm guessing the fan would be the same as a PC fan?

  • I just purchased a V630 projector and received it yesterday from Amazon. My initial thoughts are the projector is decent quality for the money. The biggest issue if the Cooling Fan.

just turning on the projector the Fan seems quit noisy.

I have had several other projectors in the past.

Is there an way to make the projector less noisy?

Watching a movie with an external amp and speakers is the only option to drown out this noise.

This is not possible once the kids are in bed. Any information would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Rod

  • The fan is a fixed product, customers cannot replace it by themselves. There is a LED lamp heat source inside the projector, which requires a fan to dissipate heat. The fan noise is controlled within 50DB from the factory.

Please make sure that if the fan was abnormal. Sometimes the fan may loosen and make noise due to impact. You can listen to whether the fan is working normally when you do not play video or music at boot.
